Guest Code of Conduct & Golf Simulator Safety

Effective Date: August 13, 2026

A safe, welcoming house depends on every guest. These standards apply throughout Eagle & Oak and are especially important anywhere golf clubs, balls and simulator equipment are in use.

1. Respectful Conduct

Treat employees, guests, vendors and property with respect. Harassment, discrimination, threats, violence, intimidation, unlawful activity, excessive intoxication and material disruption are prohibited.

2. Swing-Zone Safety

Only the active golfer may enter the designated hitting area. Everyone else must remain behind the marked safety boundary. Before every swing, confirm the area is clear of people, furniture, bags and loose items.

3. Clubs, Balls and Equipment

Use clubs, balls, tees, mats, sensors and screens only as directed. Never throw clubs or balls, strike equipment intentionally, or remove venue equipment. Stop immediately and notify staff if anything appears damaged or unsafe.

4. Minors and Supervision

Minors must be supervised by a parent, guardian or responsible adult. Supervising adults are responsible for ensuring minors follow swing-zone and venue rules.

5. Footwear, Clothing and Physical Condition

Wear secure footwear and clothing that permits safe movement. Do not participate when impaired or when a physical condition makes swinging unsafe. Warm up appropriately and stop if you feel pain, dizziness or illness.

6. Alcohol and Impairment

Golf activity and alcohol require judgment. Eagle & Oak may refuse alcohol service or simulator participation when a guest appears impaired or poses a safety risk.

7. Food, Drinks and Personal Property

Keep food, beverages, phones and personal items outside the hitting zone and away from simulator equipment. Eagle & Oak is not responsible for unattended personal property to the extent permitted by law.

8. Staff Direction and Emergencies

Follow employee instructions, posted signs and emergency procedures. Report injuries, unsafe conditions, damaged equipment or concerning conduct immediately. In an emergency, stop play and follow staff direction.

9. Enforcement

Eagle & Oak may pause play, relocate a group, refuse service or require a person to leave for unsafe or prohibited conduct. Removal does not automatically create a refund. Qualifying property damage may be charged as allowed by law.
