Reservations
Do I need a reservation?+
Reservations are strongly recommended during evenings, weekends, holidays and special events. Walk-ins are welcome when space permits.
How far in advance can I reserve?+
Booking windows vary by experience and membership tier. Members may receive extended or priority access.
Can I request a specific bay or VIP suite?+
Yes, when available. Specific spaces remain subject to availability and operational needs.
How early should we arrive?+
Arrive approximately 15 minutes early for check-in, equipment setup and ordering.
What happens if we are late?+
Your time begins as scheduled, so late arrival may reduce play time. Contact us as soon as possible if significantly delayed.
Golf & Simulator Experience
Do I need to be an experienced golfer?+
No. First-time golfers, experienced players and purely social guests are all welcome.
Do I need to bring clubs?+
You may bring your own. Available house clubs or rentals will be identified during booking and at the venue.
Can left-handed golfers play?+
Yes. The experience accommodates right- and left-handed golfers.
Can children use the simulators?+
Yes, subject to age, supervision and venue policies. Minors require appropriate adult supervision.
Do I need golf shoes?+
No. Wear comfortable clothing and secure footwear that allow a safe swing.
How long should we book?+
Time depends on group size, skill, format, pace and dining. Groups aiming to play a substantial 18-hole round should reserve additional time.
Spaces, Food & Drink
What is the difference between a Standard Bay and VIP Suite?+
Standard Bays offer a premium social setting. VIP Suites provide more privacy, space and exclusivity for celebrations and business entertainment.
Can nonmembers reserve VIP Suites?+
Yes, subject to availability. Membership may provide preferred rates or access.
Do I have to golf to dine?+
No. Visit for dining, drinks, coffee, social gatherings and eligible events without booking a simulator.
Can we order while golfing?+
Yes. Food and beverage service is integral to the experience and available options depend on space and time.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?+
We make reasonable efforts to accommodate restrictions and allergies. Notify the team before ordering; a multi-ingredient kitchen cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Can I bring outside food or alcohol?+
Outside food and beverages generally require prior approval. Outside alcohol is prohibited.

Can my company create a private league?+
