1. Eligibility
You must have legal capacity to make purchases, execute event agreements or create applicable accounts. Reservation holders are responsible for communicating venue rules to their group. Age restrictions may apply, and valid identification is required for alcohol service.
2. Reservations and Time
Reservations are subject to availability and confirmed only through an authorized system. A payment method, deposit or prepayment may be required. Reservations begin and end at scheduled times; arrive 15 minutes early. Late arrival does not ordinarily extend the reservation. Eagle & Oak may change a specific space for maintenance, safety or operational reasons and will provide a comparable alternative when reasonably possible.
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices may vary by time, demand, space, membership, event, holiday or promotion. Taxes, service charges, gratuities, deposits and fees will be disclosed as required. You authorize Eagle & Oak and its providers to process legitimate transaction amounts. Unpaid balances, returned payments or improper chargebacks may result in account restrictions.
4. Cancellations and No-Shows
Reservations are governed by our Reservation & Cancellation Policy and checkout disclosures. Events, buyouts, leagues, tournaments, memberships and Signature Experiences may have separate provisions. No-shows may forfeit deposits or prepaid amounts.
5. Guest Conduct and Simulator Safety
Guests must behave responsibly and follow posted requirements and staff instructions. Only the active golfer may enter the swing zone. Threats, violence, harassment, discrimination, intentional damage, unsafe behavior, excessive intoxication, unlawful activity or substantial disruption may result in removal without an automatic refund. Minors require appropriate supervision.
6. Recreational Risk and Property Damage
Golf and simulator activities involve ordinary inherent risks from movement, clubs, balls, equipment and nearby participants. By participating, guests acknowledge those ordinary risks to the extent allowed by law. Guests may be responsible for damage caused by intentional misconduct, misuse, recklessness or negligence.
7. Food and Beverage
Outside food and beverages are generally prohibited unless expressly approved. Outside alcohol is prohibited. Alcohol service remains subject to law and Eagle & Oak may refuse or discontinue service for safety or legal reasons.
8. Memberships and Events
Memberships are governed by Membership Terms. Corporate and private events, tournaments, groups and buyouts may be governed by proposals, agreements, minimums, deposits and Event Terms. A signed event agreement controls if it conflicts with these general Terms.
9. Promotions and Intellectual Property
Promotions are subject to published eligibility, redemption periods, exclusions and limits. Eagle & Oak names, logos, branding, content, designs, photographs and software may be protected and may not be commercially reproduced without authorization.
10. Digital Services and Privacy
Website, reservation, Eagle OS, Wi-Fi and simulator systems may experience maintenance, outages or third-party failures. Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
11. Liability and Force Majeure
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Eagle & Oak is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from its website or services. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited. We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances reasonably outside our control.
12. Changes and Governing Law
Terms may be updated periodically. Transaction terms generally are those effective when the transaction occurs unless law or a separate agreement provides otherwise. These Terms are governed by federal law and Minnesota law without affecting mandatory legal rights.
